Marvelous Marla Gardening Memories Marla loved and resisted gardening in equal measure. As the youngest daughter, she grew up surrounded by the large garden her father, Rueben, tended with care. She loved the beauty of it all, the growing things, the creativity, the small handmade touches. But like many youngest daughters, she also inherited the weeding duties she never quite volunteered for. With my trusty dremel she loved making gardening signs.
